Pelvic Health at PHW

Unfortunately it is all too common for women to be told that pelvic pain, prolapse, leaking, and diastisis recti. are normal and something they just need to deal with. But, just because it may be common does not mean it is normal. We want you to be UNcommon and will help you find a solution.

We will help you get the results you want. Real pelvic therapy is more than just doing Kegels. It requires education, functional training, behavior and dietary considerations. Meaning if you want to get back to exercise without leaking, you will work specifically on that goal during your appointments.
